ReplyDeleteI realize that when I am at my best at whatever I am doing, whether it be coaching a client, giving a lecture or writing as I am now, I am at my best because my mind is still and I am in a moment of allowing the words to come to me. The times when I find myself struggling is when I am trying attempting to force the words out or trying too hard to create something.
